Withdrawal / Termination Information
The consumer is entitled to the right of withdrawal from the contract according to 45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. decree.
Deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal
You are entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to one of the following contact details:

For this purpose, you can also use the online withdrawal statement available on our website. You exercise your right of withdrawal in time if you send your withdrawal statement before the deadline expires.
Legal effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the payment you made, including the delivery costs, without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of your withdrawal statement (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us).
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided evidence of having sent it back.
You are obliged to return the product without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the communication of your withdrawal statement. You will bear the direct costs of returning the product. You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
