This information provides details about the personal data processing carried out by the Blyeuropa webshop (hereinafter: Service Provider) in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination.

2. Scope, Purpose, and Legal Basis of the Processed Data

  • Order fulfillment: name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, order details. Legal basis: performance of the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Invoicing, accounting: data on the invoice. Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)), we retain accounting documents for 8 years in accordance with Act C of 2000 on Accounting.
  • Communication, customer service: the contact details and messages you provide. Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the contract.
  • Newsletter: name, email address – only if you have subscribed. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which can be withdrawn at any time.

3. Data Processors

The Service Provider engages the following collaborators for data processing:

  • Hosting service provider: DotRoll Kft. (1148 Budapest, Fogarasi út 3–5.; support@dotroll.com; +36 1 432 3232).
  • Courier and parcel delivery service providers – by transmitting the necessary shipping data for delivery fulfillment.
  • Invoicing and accounting collaborator – for fulfilling invoicing obligations.

4. Data Retention Period

We process personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose, or until the expiration of the relevant legal retention obligation (e.g., accounting). Data processing based on consent will continue until the consent is withdrawn.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to rectify, delete, restrict processing, to data portability, and to object to the processing. You can submit your request via the contact details above, and we will respond within 30 days at the latest.

6. Legal Remedy

If you feel that the processing of your data is unlawful, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; www.naih.hu), or you can turn to a court.
